we were on holiday in scotland just three weeks ago and on the campingsite in Daviot we met the owner Don Gibson. he was making a wooden horse for his daughter and so we got on talking. he showed us some numbers of the magazine woodworker and we took them back to our caravan to read them. both my husband as myself got so enthusiastic, that when we came back in Holland, we search for workshops to learn how to make wooden furniture etc. that all came because of the beautiful examples we saw in the magazine woodworker!! what a lovely and instructive magazine.
